In today’s video and blog post I’m going to be attempting a dupe of the Frankie’s Bikinis Willa top, a peek-a-boo top with a gorgeous strappy back. Spoiler alert: I LOVE how it turned out!
For a full list of materials I used, visit this link. In short, for this tutorial I’m mainly using nylon spandex fabric, 1/2″ rubber elastic, and various sewing tools. If you’d like the pattern for this top, you can find it here.
Below is the video tutorial!
I really like this top but I did end up going back and making a few more adjustments to the pattern to try and make it more exactly like the Willa top. I ended up making it a lower cut and extending the inner bust to make a more dramatic but narrower gap.
Other than that I think it fits very well, I don’t feel like I’m popping out even with all the peek-a-boos!
Anyways, I appreciate you taking the time to watch my video, and make sure to check out some of my other stuff. There’s lots of good things to come so I will see you in my next video.
