Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Processing Time

Most products ship in 1-3 business days. DURING BLACK FRIDAY PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. From there, delivery times range depending on the option you choose at checkout, anywhere from 2 days up to 2 weeks. We are shipping from our facility in northwest Montana so keep that in mind with delivery speed.

Carriers

Orders are shipped with the carrier or your choice, available options are at checkout. We are not responsible for the speed at which the mail carrier delivers your order. We do not guarantee any specified delivery date.

International Shipping

Delivery time frames vary widely depending on your country, as early as 2 weeks to countries in North America. We are not responsible for any sort of customs or duties due at the time of pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the customs charges for their country before placing an order.

How do I submit a return or exchange?

  • Email hello@edgewaterave.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping
  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

What items cannot be returned?

  • Digital products
  • Any other product that mentions "unreturnable" in the description
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Shipping charges

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Fabric is returnable, buyer pays return shipping
  • Other notions & supplies are returnable only in the United States, seller pays return shipping

Are there any charges for return?

  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • There are no additional charges for returns (e.g. restocking fee)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
