I appreciate your patience as I navigate my business while being a new mom! In some cases we print shipping labels early, but the labels do not update until they are taken to the post office. In these cases your package will still get to the post office within the advertised processing time.

United States Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, selected at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the option you select. Please be aware we ship from Montana, so some packages may take longer depending on where you live.
After you place your order please mind our current processing time before it is shipped and taken to the post office.
International Orders are shipped through USPS. We are not responsible for any sort of customs or duties due at the time of pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the customs charges for their country before placing an order.

All returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Customers will receive a refund for the value of the product but no refunds are given on the original shipping charges.

Buyer pays return shipping. No restocking fees. Refunds are given only on the cost of the products, original shipping charges are not refunded.
