Plus, if you wanted a different style on top you could easily swap it out for the neckline of another pattern- the Avery Top or Heidi Top would be great choices.

Choose from 4 different inseam lengths. Top is double lined, bottom is single lined.

• Low on the bust
• Double lined on top, single lined on the bottom
**If you're making this as a swimsuit consider double lining the bottom. You can follow the Charlie Bottoms tutorial to help guide you there**
• Choose from 2”, 4”, 6”, and 8” inseam lengths
• On some bodies there may be some extra fabric along the midsection. This is there to allow for movement, but consider taking some fabric off the midsection if preferred.
• Optional shelf bra for added support
• No front seam

- 1.5 yards athletic or swimwear fabric with 4-way, 50-75% stretch
- 50% stretch will feel more compressive and snatched: Try the "Superflex Heavy Compression" fabric from Blue Moon Fabrics (https://www.bluemoonfabrics.com/collections/solid-color-spandex/products/superflex-heavy-compression-spandex discount code EDGEWATERAVE)

For shelf bra:
- 1/4 yard stretch power mesh
- 1/2" picot elastic

1/4" braided elastic (swimwear elastic is also fine)

This pattern is so stinking cute. I’ve made it 3 times since buying the pattern. I would def pay attn to the amount of stretch and size up if it’s on the lower side of stretchy knits. I’m a long torsoed gal so I plan on adding about an inch to the top just so I can alleviate my wedgie a little bit. The instructions are clear and thorough, altogether a very easy sew! Easily a 1 day project.

This is the XXS size and it fit her perfectly it was fairly easy to make. I did make some adjustments to make the leg length a little longer other then that it's. Only down side is I have to purchase another pattern for extended sizes because the XXL that I made for myself does not fit. But it's perfect and I like it

The pattern is super adorable and the instructions are easy to follow. Making the shelf bra was much easier than I expected. I used the pattern to make a cropped bikini top and it worked perfectly! I hope to use it for bike shorts and onesies in the future 🌼

Never disappointed with Edgewater ace's patterns! This one came together so smoothly and quicker than I thought! I used a fabric with 50% stretch and it still feels super comfy all over! I made the 2" inseam length (shortest one) since this is going to be a swimsuit for me :) I love that there's written and video instructions. So far it's my favourite Edgewater pattern because I trust it to cover my butt cheeks lol!

This was such an easy pattern to do!! I've done this twice now - this time I used elastic and it wasn't too tough! The only issue is all the bunching around my stomach. Maybe it's just my torso? But all the other photos I've seen, the playsuit is smooth and fits perfect. Mine really doesn't look like that. Maybe it's just bc I don't have an hourglass figure and I have rolls of my own lmao either way I like the final piece. I won't wear it out on its own but in addition to other clothes. I'd recommend this pattern!
