The Brooke One Piece is a great basic that you can use to create all sorts of different styles. It can be worn with or without straps, or you can make the straps thicker for more support. This is a great beginner style as far as the construction, but you can also try your hand at pattern making by modifying this one to make a style of your liking.
The thong coverage is super skimpy, and the moderate coverage will fit fuller on some body types and more skimpy on others due to the thinner seat width. This can be easily adjusted if you're wanting a more full coverage.

This is my sample/test version and I love how it turned out. Going to make it in many more colours. Edgewater taught me how to sew bathing suits with youtube videos, so happy to support them now by buying patterns.
This pattern is so cute! I really appreciate that she includes the size/height the pattern was drafted for so I can make adjustments. This is with 1.5” added to the length and its perfect! Can’t wait to make another and in a bodysuit material!

Love this one piece! I decided to modify the straps by making wider ones that tied into bows on top of the shoulder!
Really easy to make and love how it came out, I added 2 inches at the lengthen/shorten part. I found it really helpful to straight stitch the sides of the back piece before inserting into the front piece when sewing the 4 layers of fabric together
It was a very easy project, I didn't add straps, just made it strapless. The fit is great, the pattern is true to size, I made xs. The video tutorial and easy to follow.
I gave this 5 stars with the caveat the I am not on the size chart and it took quite a bit of pattern hacking to get to where I needed it, but I love the end result. I took the extended sizes of the Olivia one piece and overlayed it with the Brooke one piece and adjusted the the inner hip curves for more coverage. Would make again.
