Made this suit for my daughter using the Sonny bottoms and Dallas top. She loves it!
I love it!! it fits really good
The Sonny Bottom came out so cute and was very easy to put together. Matched it with the Dallas top ( added ruffle) and they look great together. It can be pulled in a closer gather or left looser for more coverage which is a great advantage. Love all the patterns from Edgewater Avenue.

It’s super easy to assemble, since the front and the back are cut together. I still have trouble with the strap channels, I will just need to practice a bit more. The fit of this pattern is amazing!

Sonny bottoms are soooo sexy and cute! Adjustable too! Couldn’t be happier! I did add an inch to the front and back because in wanted them to sit higher but that’s an easy adjustment! :)

Comes together really quickly because it’s just one big piece and no seam at the crotch, the only thing is then I turn it inside out I find that my stitches pull apart a bit, leaving the thread slightly visible. But maybe I just need to adjust my tension or something

It was exactly as described & looked. It’s personally not my style maybe for my body type. But I think it would be so cute on someone with wider hips than me !!
I had a fun, yet frustrating time sewing this one. I'm still learning how to sew with elastic so hopefully I will get better. I love that these bottoms can be adjusted and definitely plan on trying to sew another pair soon!
